A Journey of Expanding Perspective
Over two decades, my work evolved from building and transforming organisations to broadening the lens through which organisational problems are understood — adding legal, regulatory, governance and data perspectives to deep experience across business, technology, operations and people.

2023–2026:
Expanding the Frame
After two decades working across business, operations, people and technology, I chose to broaden my understanding of the legal, regulatory, governance and data dimensions of organisational problems.
This included completing a Master of Business Laws at the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru (2026), developing capability in data protection, and gaining practical exposure across legal and regulatory matters.
In parallel I undertook independent research and framework development on AI capability in Finance and HR, resulting in an AI capability roadmap and minimum viable product.
This was not a career change. It was an expansion of the frame.
