Engagements can range from a focused, specific need to something broader and more sustained. The level of involvement may vary, as may the time and investment involved. I therefore work across a range of engagement formats, with the flexibility to adapt the depth and duration of involvement to what the work calls for. These may include:
Full-Time — Leadership, strategic or specialist roles where sustained involvement and ownership are required.
Fractional & Project-Based — Focused involvement for a defined period, whether as an embedded part-time resource or to deliver a specific outcome.
Advisory & Consulting — Ongoing or periodic support where an independent, cross-disciplinary perspective can help address a challenge, explore an opportunity or inform a decision.
Collaborative Assignments — Working alongside businesses, consultants, professional-services teams or other specialists where complementary expertise is required
